Arpan Thapa is an actor, director, and scriptwriter. He was born in Kathmandu, Nepal. He studied acting from Mumbai in 2002, and after completing his studies, Arpan returned to Nepal to kick-start his career in the Nepali film industry.
In 2011, Thapa started his acting career with the Nepali movie “Sick City,” where he was seen playing the role of Krishna. He has appeared in multiple films and played several roles like Guru in the movie “Batch No: 16,” Arjun in “Dhanda,” Captain Thapa in “Badhshala,” Aman in “Maun,” Pandit in Mukhauta,” Aaitley in “Bir Bikram,” Abhay in “Bato Muni ko Phool 2,” Suresh in “Anaagat,” Chamero Don in “Lappan Chhappan,” Mukunda in “Dying Candle,” Maila in “Teen Jantu,” and Hamlet in the movie “Hamlet.” In 2014 he directed the movie “Mukhauta,” followed by “Aadha Love” in 2017, “Ghar” in 2019, and “Teen Jantu” in 2020.
